Train. Be Sent.
Plant the Next Church
A development residency that trains and releases co-vocational church planting missionaries to Engage the City, Make Disciples, and Start a New Church. You serve as a missionary — sent, not hired — with a task to plant a new church right here in Bryan County.
Engage. Disciple. Gather.
The residency is built on three movements — the heartbeat of every church plant we send out.
Engage the City
Live, work, and plant roots in the city. Build gospel relationships where you live, work, and play.
Jeremiah 29:7Make Disciples
Invest your life into a few. Share the gospel, baptize new believers, and teach them to obey all Christ commanded.
Matthew 28:19Start a New Church
Gather new believers into a reproducing local church that will multiply gospel communities across the region.
Matthew 16:18Preparation → Engage → Disciple → Gather
The path of a church planting missionary — from discerned call to launched church.
Preparation
Before you are sent, we confirm your call, character, and competency. The residency begins with intentional soul care, theological formation, and a confirmed calling affirmed by the local church.
Sent & Supported
The residency is missionary work — sent, not hired. But you won't go unsupported. We invest in those we send, and we send through a trusted network.
$10,000 Yearly Stipend
Residents receive an annual stipend to help sustain you and your family as you plant the church. This isn't a salary — it's gospel support so you can serve with freedom and focus.
Family Health Insurance
Your family's health is covered throughout the residency. We want you planting with peace of mind — cared for so you can care for the city God has called you to reach.
Assessment & Coaching
Personalized assessment and one-on-one coaching through the Send Network process — confirming your call and sharpening your plant.
Training & Cohorts
Cohort-based training alongside planters across the country, with a proven pathway for developing co-vocational missionaries.
National Network
Belonging to a national family of church planters — relationships, encouragement, and shared wisdom from those in the work.
Resources & Gatherings
Curriculum, events, and ongoing equipping that sustain you from assessment through launch and beyond.
Co-vocational by design. Because this is a missionary residency — not a traditional job — the stipend and health insurance come alongside your own co-vocational work. We train, send, and support you; you engage the city where you live, work, and play.
